Qualifications:
1, 具有两年以上高效率大功率LED照明设备的开发设计经验, 包括灯具的散热设计、光学设计等经验，熟悉光学模拟、机械设计的常用工具软件
2, 熟悉半导体工艺技术，光刻、薄膜金属、刻蚀，以及LED检测、晶片研磨、切割、晶粒点测等工艺过程
3, 至少具有三年以上硬件设计经验和单片机的软硬件设计经验
4, 须对LED市场有相当的了解
5, 具有团队合作、开发创新精神，积极主动工作态度
6, 本科以上学历
7, 熟练使用英语，听/说/读/写
1, Have more than 2 years relevant product development experience in design, develop and characterize high efficiency, high power LEDs including thermal design and optics design, should be familiar with the software tools about optics simulation and mechanical design;
2, Should be familiar with the semi-conductor manufacture techniques such as lithography, metal film and etching and familiar with the LED inspection, skiving, saw;
3, Have more than 3 years experience on hardware design, especially in the MCU field, including software development;
4, Should be familiar with the LED market;
5, Excellent skills such as team cooperation, innovation, self-motivation and team cooperation;
6, Have a Bachelor's degree or higher;
7, Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
